Question by Tyler B: How long before being able to obtain a small personal loan?
I am going on my 10th month of having a credit card(builds it little by little i know).I know the economy is also crap right now but hopefully this stimulus can lighten things up.Ne ways. I was wondering when is best time to get a personal loan(forget state of economy) and how much would the bank grant me? Should i build my credit more first?

Many banks don’t even do those types of loans. I’d advise you to talk to someone at your bank to see whether they do. I think you’d have better luck with a credit union or even peer to peer lending.
